AL's new projects
Include data sharing for orchestras and galleries, Respond 2, an inclusion seminar programme and digital benchmarking.
A group of 12 orchestras and orchestral venues in London, benchmarking key stats from box office data and exploring ways to collect more detailed audience data in similar ways, as well as some digital benchmarking.
Respond 2 consists of consultancy support from AL for six organisations (Whitechapel, Royal Court, Spitalfields Music, Artichoke, Tomorrow's Warriors and Photographer's Gallery) who are all looking to develop the diversity of their audiences.
A group of London galleries are about to start a new phase of work developing a data hub enabling them to analyse and share audience data, plus some digital benchmarking.
In the community engagement area we're coordinating another Create KX Inclusion seminar programme, bringing together participants from King's Place, The London Transport Museum, October Gallery, The Shaw Theatre, and The Jewish Museum for 3 peer learning sessions.
