Evaluation is a powerful tool both to support your ongoing work and as evidence for making the case for future projects or funding. But is the effort you put into it delivering the results you need?

By the end of the session you will be able to:

  • Assess your own project evaluation objectives and the benefits they will bring
  • Create your own evaluation plan
  • Identify the most appropriate methodologies and ways of collecting the evidence
  • Tailor your findings to present to different audiences

This session is useful if you are new to project evaluation or looking for a reminder in the context of a community engagement or participation project which you are running.

Facilitators: Helen Ball, Community Engagement Coordinator and Bryony Duncan, Research Manager, Audiences London
