Do some things about your audience still intrigue - or even puzzle - you?
Would you like to know how they reached you, whether they came with friends or headed to you straight from work?

What did they think of the show - and how do they feel about you?

But there are so many free or low-cost software packages out there – where do you start? How do you make the best use of them, and how do you weigh the strengths (and potential limits) of their reporting tools, against your needs?

Our half-day practical session will help you avoid the common pitfalls, navigate you through the set-up, delivery and simple analysis, and give you top tips for creating, analysing and reporting on your very own online survey.

The session is especially relevant for marketing or research staff and service providers, whose job roles include undertaking research into audiences and visitors.

Facilitator:
Daniel Cowley, Research Officer, Audiences London

During the day each delegate will be working at a computer terminal to research and develop practice survey. Places are therefore restricted, so to be sure of your place, visit the
