Respond in Practice 1 - Project Report
Respond in Practice was an action learning project supporting ACE RFOs to adopt new approaches to increasing the cultural diversity of their audiences. The project was managed by Audiences London on behalf of ACE, London.
The focus of Respond in Practice was on audience development. The overall aim of the project was to support organisations to test out new approaches to increase the diversity of their audiences. Respond was not about trying to introduce a cultural shift or major strategic change within an organisation but testing some (medium term) practical and tangible activities. Respond was about trying something new, sharing experiences and learning, it was not focused on achieving any specific audience diversity targets.
