A session full of tools and tips to develop your skills and help you:

  • Plan effectively using tools such as the 4Ps and Ansoff Matrix
  • Identify target audiences and their needs using available audience information
  • Communicate effectively to different audiences
  • Identify whether your plans worked

 

With plenty of opportunities for discussion and time to try out the tools.

This session is designed for people who would like to develop their marketing planning skills or who have been commissioned within their organisation to implement an audience development or marketing strategy and would like some help getting started.
