We work with arts and heritage organisations to increase understanding about audience and visitor needs. The consultancy services we offer enable organisations to build relationships as effectively as possible. We draw on a London-wide knowledge base of audience behaviour and support organsiations to collect their own information through research. Our events and training provide further opportunities for us to pass on our skills and know-how, discuss current practice, as well as being perfect for networking. We are also continually developing our resources and understanding, refining and testing out new ways of working through collaborative projects.
